A video for those who consider the Bible to contain a literal account of how Creation occured some 6-10 thousand years ago. Chapter 1 and 2 contradict each other and neither makes any sense in context to our modern understanding of how the universe works. Even the things that a child today should know, that the sky isn’t a dome or that the earth revolves around the sun, were apparently unknown to the authors of the Bible.

A response to KalSolar’s musings about how it’s possible that Christ could be “at the right hand” of an omnipresent being. The answer is simple: the biblical god isn’t omnipresent. The OT clearly depicts a being that walks, talks, plays hide-and-seek with Adam, wrestles with Jacob, drops by Abraham’s for lunch and makes speeches to Judea.
I also had a bit of fun cutting and pasting some images to underscore how ridiculous these events of the Bible really are.

Jesus claimed to be God? Not according to the synoptic Gospels. Jesus refers to himself as a separate being from Yahweh, independent of and subordinate to. Yahweh, in turn, addresses Jesus as a separate being and introduces him in the third person.
